I teach Reiki in the traditional Japanese way. This means that Reiki is taught at the pace of the student and is not rushed. I honor that the first step of becoming a Reiki healer is healing yourself. Healing is a process, and sometimes deep healing is needed before advancing within the Reiki teachings. One of the foundations of Reiki is learning to not use your own energy but the Universal Energy to provide healings. There are four levels to Reiki. All Reiki students begin with Usui Reiki, and if you choose, can move to learn Karuna and Tera Mai as well.

Students that choose to learn from me understand that healing is a choice. When you step into the courageous and vulnerable world of healing, things in life may shift and you may uncover uncomfortable patterns. As you move through these patterns, you will become more connected and aligned with your truth. This process may take time and is an investment in yourself and this work. Reiki is a gentle healing process with powerful effects.
